實驗原理：
BlotGlyco? beads含有高密度的酰肼基團：
*步：聚糖純化：beads上的酰肼基團與樣品中的聚糖共價結合，達到純化聚糖，去除蛋白、DNA等雜質的作用；
第二步：聚糖標記與分析：捕獲的聚糖進而（經(jīng)相應試劑標記）用于MALDI-TOF-MS或HPLC分析。
A. MALDI-TOF-MS分析：標簽aoWR（試劑盒中含有的*的標記試劑）通過-ONH2與聚糖結合，從而使其從beads上脫離下來，再用MALDI-TOF MS（基質輔助激光解吸電離飛行時間質譜）檢測聚糖的類型與含量，靈敏度高。
B. HPLC (或LC-MS)分析：溫和酸性條件下洗脫聚糖，用熒光標記試劑，如2AB (2-aminobenzamide)，PA (2-aminopyridine)，2AA (2-aminobenzoic acid)等結合洗脫下的聚糖，再用HPLC、LC-MS檢測聚糖的類型與含量。
